In compliance with SEC Rule 230.506(c)(2)(C), sponsors must secure written confirmation of accreditation from a recognized third party before approving an investor for an offering. All documentation must be dated within the previous 90 days.
ACS Asset Holdings will keep your financial records on file for one year. After this period, updated financial documents will be necessary for continued verification.
