INVESTOR ELIGIBILITY

Investing with ACS: Do You Qualify?

Am I Eligible to Join ACS Asset Holdings as an Investor?

You may invest with ACS Asset Holdings if you meet the following conditions:

  • You qualify as an accredited investor.
  • You are either a U.S. citizen or a resident alien holding a valid green card.
  • You reside in the United States, or you represent a U.S.-registered entity.

Additionally, ACS Asset Holdings performs an anti-money laundering review on all accounts to verify eligibility. Investments can be made individually, jointly with a spouse, or through a trust or other entity, provided you satisfy the accreditation requirements.

What Does It Mean to Be an Accredited Investor?

According to SEC guidelines, an accredited investor is someone who meets specific financial thresholds that allow participation in select private market opportunities. Typically, an individual is considered accredited if they meet one of the following criteria:

  • They have earned a pre-tax income exceeding $200,000 annually over the past two years (or $300,000 when combined with a spouse or equivalent), with the expectation of maintaining that income level;
  • They possess a net worth greater than $1,000,000 individually or jointly (excluding the value of their primary residence);
  • They hold current professional certifications, designations, or licenses (such as Series 7, Series 82, or Series 65) in good standing.
What Documentation Is Required Before Investing?

Before you can invest, you must provide proof of your accredited status. ACS Asset Holdings has partnered with verifyinvestor.com to manage this verification process.

Alternatively, you can submit a signed letter from a licensed attorney or CPA in good standing verifying your accredited investor status. For your convenience, an ACS Investor Verification Letter Template is available. Please note that third-party verification letters are valid for only 90 days from their issuance date.

In compliance with SEC Rule 230.506(c)(2)(C), sponsors must secure written confirmation of accreditation from a recognized third party before approving an investor for an offering. All documentation must be dated within the previous 90 days.

ACS Asset Holdings will keep your financial records on file for one year. After this period, updated financial documents will be necessary for continued verification.
