Our team is here to guide you through the process and ensure a seamless experience.
Explore & Select Your Investment
Once verified, you can request detailed information about available projects and investment opportunities. Our team provides a breakdown of each opportunity, including expected returns, timelines, and key project details. Choose the investment that aligns with your goals, and our team will assist you in moving forward.
Fund Your Investment
- Secure your participation by transferring the investment amount via wire transfer to ACS’s designated account. You will receive confirmation once your funds are received and your investment is active.
Project Updates & Progress
- ACS keeps you informed throughout the project with regular updates via email and scheduled reports. You’ll receive key insights on progress, milestones, and any relevant developments to ensure transparency at every stage.
Project Completion & Sale
- Upon project completion, ACS’s real estate professionals list the property and market it to potential buyers to secure the best possible sale price. You will be notified as soon as the sale is finalized.
Investor Returns & Reinvestment
- Within 30 days of the property’s sale, ACS will distribute your share of the proceeds via wire transfer to your registered account. You will also receive a financial summary of the transaction. If you wish to reinvest, our team can help you explore new opportunities to continue growing your portfolio.
